Returns & Refund Policy

Returns (Australia and New Zealand)

We are more than happy to offer a full refund or exchange of size within 30 days of purchase. Returns received outside of our return period will not be accepted. Please allow for postage times when sending your items back.

Please kindly note: Sale items can not be returned unless faulty.

Products must be returned in a saleable condition i.e. clean, tags attached, in original packaging. Any products that have been worn, damaged, altered or washed are unable to be accepted.

Returns (Rest of the World)

Unfortunately, we don't accept returns or exchanges from outside of Australia/New Zealand.

Return Process

Please email us at admin@adornthelabel.com.au to discuss a return.

Exchanges

Exchange of size must be of the same item only. If you wish to exchange to a new product you can choose to receive a gift card and use this to order an alternative item.

Exchanges will be shipped back to you free of charge via Regular Post. You cannot return an already exchanged item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Unfortunately, we don't accept returns of gift cards or sale items.

If you return a purchase made by gift card, we will return as store credit.

Shipping fees will not be refunded unless we are at fault.
